Essentials - A solo trip or couples’ domestic escape (1 destination) - $150

Signature Experience - International travel with personalized activities (1 destination)  - $350

Luxury Escape - Honeymoons, milestone birthdays, bucket list trips (1 destination) - $500

Group Getaway - Group travel planning for 5+ travelers (1 destination)  -Starts at $100 per person

Airline Ticket (Domestic) - $35 per person

Travel Insurance - Complimentary if you're current booking includes air and  hotel booked by me (Groups Excluded)

 At Wander World Destinations LLC, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund procedures to ensure transparency and fairness for all parties involved.  

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY  

1. PLANNING SERVICES CANCELLATION 

• Clients may cancel travel planning services at any time prior to the final deposit being made to suppliers 

• Once final deposits are submitted to travel suppliers, cancellations are subject to supplier-specific terms and conditions 

• Any non-refundable deposits or fees paid to suppliers cannot be refunded by Wander World Destinations LLC  

2. COMMISSION-BASED BOOKINGS • As a commission-based travel agency, Wander World Destinations LLC does not collect payment directly for most travel services 

• Refunds for travel bookings are processed according to the terms and conditions of the respective suppliers (cruise lines, hotels, airlines, tour operators) 

• Our agency will assist clients in understanding supplier cancellation policies and facilitate communication with suppliers when needed  

3. TIMEFRAME FOR CANCELLATIONS

• Standard Bookings: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email preferred) as soon as the decision is made 

• Emergency Cancellations: We provide 24/7 emergency assistance for urgent cancellation needs 

• Business Hours Response: Non-emergency cancellation requests submitted during weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day  

SPECIAL NEEDS TRAVEL CANCELLATIONS  

4. SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS AND EQUIPMENT 

• Special needs equipment (wheelchairs, scooters, oxygen tanks, etc.) may have separate cancellation terms 

• Clients are responsible for any costs incurred for special equipment cancellations as per supplier agreements 

• We will contact equipment suppliers immediately upon cancellation request to minimize charges when possible 

• Medical facility partnerships and special accommodation cancellations follow individual provider terms  

CRUISE BOOKINGS  

5. CRUISE LINE SPECIFIC POLICIES 

• Royal Caribbean: Cancellations follow Royal Caribbean's published cancellation schedule 

• Carnival Cruise Line: Cancellations subject to Carnival's terms and conditions 

• Norwegian Cruise Line: Cancellations processed according to NCL policies 

• All cruise cancellation fees are determined by the cruise line, not Wander World Destinations LLC  

RESORT AND HOTEL BOOKINGS  

6. RESORT CANCELLATIONS 

• Sandals Resorts: Subject to Sandals' cancellation policy 

• Riu Properties: Follow Riu's specific cancellation terms 

• Other resort partners: Individual resort cancellation policies apply  

SERVICE FEES AND CONSULTATION CHARGES  

7. CONSULTATION AND PLANNING FEES 

• Initial consultations: No charge for cancellation if trip planning does not proceed 

• Custom itinerary development: Fees may apply for extensive planning work completed prior to cancellation 

• Trip review services: Refundable if service has not been completed  

TRAVEL INSURANCE  

8. TRAVEL INSURANCE RECOMMENDATIONS 

• We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings 

• Travel insurance can provide coverage for cancellations due to covered reasons 

• Insurance claims are processed directly between the client and insurance provider 

• We will assist in providing necessary documentation for insurance claims  

REFUND PROCESSING  

9. REFUND TIMELINE 

• Supplier refunds: Processed according to individual supplier timelines (typically 7-14 business days) 

• Service fee refunds: Processed within 5 business days when applicable 

• Payment method: Refunds issued to original payment method when possible  

FORCE MAJEURE AND EXTRAORDINARY CIRCUMSTANCES  

10. UNFORESEEABLE EVENTS 

• Natural disasters, pandemics, government travel restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances may affect cancellation policies 

• In such cases, we will work with suppliers to secure the best possible outcome for our clients 

• Supplier policies during force majeure events take precedence  

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES  

11. REQUIRED ACTIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS 

• Submit cancellation requests in writing via email to  info@wanderworlddestinations.com 

• Provide booking confirmation numbers and traveler details 

• Respond promptly to requests for additional information 

• Review and understand supplier-specific cancellation terms before booking
