1. Our Services

Wander World Destinations ("WWD," "we," "us," or "our") is a luxury travel advisory firm based in Fort Worth, Texas. We provide personalized travel planning services including destination weddings, honeymoon planning, women's group retreat coordination, and accessible/inclusive travel consulting.

Our services are available to clients who schedule a consultation and enter into a planning agreement with us. Use of our website does not constitute a client relationship.

2. Advisory Role & Limitation of Liability

Wander World Destinations acts as a travel advisor and independent contractor. We are not a travel supplier, airline, hotel, cruise line, tour operator, or any other travel service provider. We facilitate bookings and provide planning guidance on your behalf.

We are not responsible for:

• Cancellations, delays, or changes made by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers
• Natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or other force majeure events
• Personal injury, loss of property, or illness during travel
• Changes in destination safety conditions after trip confirmation

3. Planning Fees & Payment

Wander World Destinations charges planning fees for our advisory and coordination services. These fees are disclosed prior to engagement and outlined in your client agreement. Planning fees are separate from supplier costs (hotel, flights, etc.) and are non-refundable once planning work has commenced.

Payment schedules, deposit amounts, and final payment deadlines will be specified in your individual client agreement or trip booking confirmation.

3a. Credit Card Authorization

By providing your payment information to Wander World Destinations, you authorize WWD to charge your card for the amounts specified in your booking confirmation, including deposits, scheduled installments, and final balances. For group bookings processed through third-party suppliers such as Virgin Voyages, your card authorization permits WWD to submit payment on your behalf directly to the supplier. You will receive confirmation of each transaction. Authorization does not guarantee availability until booking is confirmed by the supplier.

3b. Group Booking Payment Deadlines

Group bookings are subject to specific payment deadlines outlined in your booking confirmation. Failure to submit final payment by the stated deadline may result in the release of your reserved cabin or travel components without refund of any deposits already paid. Wander World Destinations will make reasonable efforts to notify clients of approaching deadlines but is not responsible for losses resulting from missed payment deadlines. Payment plan arrangements must be agreed upon in writing prior to the payment deadline.

4. Booking & Supplier Responsibility

All travel components — including but not limited to flights, accommodations, tours, transfers, and excursions — are provided by third-party suppliers. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and accept the terms, conditions, and policies of each respective supplier.

We will provide you with supplier confirmation details upon booking. It is your responsibility to review these confirmations and notify us of any discrepancies promptly.

5. Travel Protection

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel protection insurance prior to travel. Travel protection can cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.

We work with trusted travel protection partners including Faye, Global Rescue, and World Nomads. Declining travel protection is done at your own risk, and WWD is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by an appropriate policy.

We also recommend enrollment in the U.S. State Department's Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) at step.state.gov.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier and trip type. Specific policies will be communicated in your booking confirmation and client agreement. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

In general:

• Planning fees are non-refundable once planning has begun
• Supplier deposits may be non-refundable depending on the supplier's policy
• Group retreat cancellation timelines and penalties are outlined in retreat-specific agreements
• Name changes, date changes, and itinerary modifications may incur fees from suppliers
• No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled departure without prior written notice to Wander World Destinations are considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds of any deposits, planning fees, or supplier payments already remitted. Travel protection insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances that may prevent travel.

7. Travel Advisories & Safety

We monitor destination safety and travel advisories as part of our "Safe Travel IS Luxury Travel™" commitment. However, destination conditions can change rapidly. It is your responsibility to stay informed about conditions in your destination country before and during travel.

We recommend consulting:

• The U.S. Department of State at travel.state.gov
• The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) for health advisories
• Your destination country's official entry requirements

WWD is not liable for circumstances arising from a client's choice to travel to a destination under a government-issued travel advisory or warning.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, itineraries, guides, and brand assets — is the property of Wander World Destinations and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. The phrase "Safe Travel IS Luxury Travel™" is a trademark of Wander World Destinations.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our prior written permission.

8a. Photo & Media Release

By participating in a Wander World Destinations group trip, retreat, or sailing, you acknowledge that photos, videos, and other media may be captured during the experience for use in WWD marketing materials, social media, and promotional content. If you do not wish to be included in any marketing content, you must notify Wander World Destinations in writing prior to the trip departure date. WWD will make reasonable efforts to honor opt-out requests but cannot guarantee exclusion from all group photos or incidental background appearances.

9. Client Conduct

Wander World Destinations reserves the right to decline or terminate services for any client whose conduct is disrespectful, abusive, or otherwise inconsistent with the professional and elevated nature of our business.

For group retreats, all participants are expected to adhere to the code of conduct outlined in their retreat agreement. WWD reserves the right to remove a participant from a retreat for conduct that disrupts or harms the group experience, without refund.

Cabin Sharing & Roommate Matching: For group bookings where Wander World Destinations facilitates roommate matching between clients, WWD acts solely as a connector and is not responsible for compatibility issues, disputes, or dissatisfaction arising from shared cabin arrangements. Clients who participate in roommate matching do so voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any issues arising from the shared arrangement. Cabin reassignments due to roommate conflicts are subject to availability and may incur additional fees from the supplier.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected by a revised effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services or website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
